Brett started his barbering career in 2021 and has been loving it ever since! He took over for Steph in October of 2024 as she started the next chapter of her life. Brett takes pride in his attention to detail and won’t send you out the door unless he’s satisfied with the final product. Straight razor shaves are his favorite—and it shows in the service! He’s also proud to now offer Hairskeen hair systems, a modern solution for hair replacement that blends style with confidence. Brett proudly wears Hairskeen himself and is excited to help others experience the same boost in confidence and style. We’d love for you to come in and introduce yourself, and we’ll get you set up with the best barber/stylists for your needs!

Julie Raymond

Master Stylist/Manager

Julie got her start in the industry in 2008. She has dedicated her career to specifically barbering and her skills truly reflect her passion and dedication to her craft! Julie has been with us at Stache since January 2021! She is a master at executing sharp fades, clean lines, razor skills, and scissor techniques that blend it all together. There truly isn’t a style or cut she can’t do! Julie is also great at creating a relaxing and unique experience. She prides herself in taking that extra time to check the details, give you an invigorating shampoo, and help you learn the best styling techniques and products for your hair to keep you looking great between visits. Julie is one of our two managers at Stache and helps all of our newer stylist learn the ins and outs of our industry and helps teach them tips and tricks of the craft of barbering. She is a role model to us all and helps keep our salon in tip top shape, while maintaining that relaxing and homey vibe.

Denise Milazzo

Stylist

Denise has been in the industry since 2009 and has been specializing in barbering at Stache since July of 2021. She is highly skilled in delivering and enjoys doing any kind of fade, hard-parted haircuts, and short layered looks. During her consultations, she’ll help you determine the best look for your style and lifestyle!

When it comes to beards, Denise has an eye for detail and will make sure you pick the right style and shape that complements your face and your desired level of at-home maintenance. She specializes in giving you a natural finish that grows out smoothly and is always ready with the right product recommendations and styling tips to keep you looking and feeling great between visits.

Denise is also now offering Hairskeen hair systems—a stylish and modern approach to hair replacement. She’s the artist behind Brett’s own Hairskeen look and takes pride in helping clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results with these systems.

Bailey Hogan

Barber

Bailey began his barbering career in January 2022! Having a passion for his own hair, he has always loved trying new styles and products which is one of the reasons he got into barbering. Bailey prides himself in giving a thorough consultation, making sure that he achieves your desired style that will you be able to replicate outside of the barber shop. Over his career here at Stache Bailey has been able to develop and hone in on a skill set that allows him to deliver a wide range of styles and techniques across all hair types and textures. Weather it’s a scissor cut from start to finish, a burst fade, a new modern mullet or anything in between he’s got you covered. Bailey is also great at showing you styling tips for at home, especially if you are transitioning from short to long hair. He is constantly changing up his hair and can speak from personal experience.

Amanda Wingender

Barber / Esthetician

Amanda kicked off her barbering adventure in 2022 as an eager apprentice and officially leveled up to licensed barber status in spring 2025! Not one to stop there, she also became a licensed esthetician in 2024—because why not master both the clippers and the skincare game?

Whether you’re in the chair for a sharp fade or cozied up in the spa room for some serious self-care, Amanda’s all about keeping things chill, fun, and totally focused on you. She takes her time to make sure every visit delivers the full Stache experience—relaxing vibes, good conversation, and top-tier service.

Christopher Eigenschenk

Meet Chris, our talented barber who joined the world of hairstyling in 2022! Hailing from the Windy City of Chicago, he made his way to Rochester in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the art of barbering. Inspired by the transformative experience he always enjoyed at the barbershop—walking out feeling and looking like a brand new person—Chris decided to bring that joy to others.

With a passion for shear work, dramatic makeovers, and a keen eye for waxing, he’s all about helping clients look their best. Since joining the Stache family in April, Chris has quickly made a name for himself as a fantastic addition to our team. Get ready for an experience that leaves you not only looking great but also feeling fabulous!
