Brett began his barbering career in 2021 and has loved every minute of it since. In October 2024, he proudly took over for Steph as she began the next chapter of her life.

Known for his attention to detail, Brett is committed to making sure every client leaves the chair looking and feeling their best. He won’t consider a cut finished until he’s completely satisfied with the final result. While he enjoys all aspects of barbering, his favorite haircuts are the clean, classic, traditional styles that never go out of fashion. He also specializes in straight razor shaves, one of his favorite services to perform.

Julie has been passionate about barbering since beginning her career in 2008 and has proudly been part of the Stache Grooming Lounge family since January 2021. With 18 years of experience behind the chair, she has built a reputation for precision, consistency, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

Whether you’re looking for a perfectly blended fade, a classic scissor cut, sharp beard work, or a completely new style, Julie is dedicated to making sure every detail is just right. From relaxing shampoos to personalized styling tips and product recommendations, she strives to make every appointment enjoyable from start to finish.

As one of Stache’s managers, Julie is equally passionate about helping others grow. She enjoys mentoring new barbers and stylists, sharing techniques she’s learned throughout her career, and helping maintain the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that makes Stache feel like home.

Bailey Hogan

Barber

Bailey began his barbering career in January 2022! Having a passion for his own hair, he has always loved trying new styles and products which is one of the reasons he got into barbering. Bailey prides himself in giving a thorough consultation, making sure that he achieves your desired style that will you be able to replicate outside of the barber shop. Over his career here at Stache Bailey has been able to develop and hone in on a skill set that allows him to deliver a wide range of styles and techniques across all hair types and textures. Weather it’s a scissor cut from start to finish, a burst fade, a new modern mullet or anything in between he’s got you covered. Bailey is also great at showing you styling tips for at home, especially if you are transitioning from short to long hair. He is constantly changing up his hair and can speak from personal experience.

Amanda Wingender

Amanda kicked off her barbering adventure in 2022 as an eager apprentice and officially leveled up to licensed barber status in spring 2025! Not one to stop there, she also became a licensed esthetician in 2024—because why not master both the clippers and the skincare game?

Whether you’re in the chair for a sharp fade or cozied up in the spa room for some serious self-care, Amanda’s all about keeping things chill, fun, and totally focused on you. She takes her time to make sure every visit delivers the full Stache experience—relaxing vibes, good conversation, and top-tier service.

Meet Chris, our talented barber who joined the world of hairstyling in 2022! Hailing from the Windy City of Chicago, he made his way to Rochester in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the art of barbering. Inspired by the transformative experience he always enjoyed at the barbershop—walking out feeling and looking like a brand new person—Chris decided to bring that joy to others.

With a passion for shear work, dramatic makeovers, and a keen eye for waxing, he’s all about helping clients look their best. Since joining the Stache family in April, Chris has quickly made a name for himself as a fantastic addition to our team.
