Brett started his barbering career in 2021 and has been loving it ever since! He took over for Steph in October of 2024 as she started the next chapter of her life. Brett takes pride in his attention to detail and won’t send you out the door unless he’s satisfied with the final product. Straight razor shaves are his favorite—and it shows in the service! He’s also proud to now offer Hairskeen hair systems, a modern solution for hair replacement that blends style with confidence. Brett proudly wears Hairskeen himself and is excited to help others experience the same boost in confidence and style. Denise has been in the industry since 2009 and has been specializing in barbering at Stache since July of 2021. She is highly skilled in delivering and enjoys doing any kind of fade, hard-parted haircuts, and short layered looks. During her consultations, she’ll help you determine the best look for your style and lifestyle!

When it comes to beards, Denise has an eye for detail and will make sure you pick the right style and shape that complements your face and your desired level of at-home maintenance. She specializes in giving you a natural finish that grows out smoothly and is always ready with the right product recommendations and styling tips to keep you looking and feeling great between visits.

Denise is also now offering Hairskeen hair systems—a stylish and modern approach to hair replacement. She’s the artist behind Brett’s own Hairskeen look and takes pride in helping clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results with these systems.

Alexis Willett

Alexis developed a passion for barbering at a young age, growing up in the industry and learning firsthand from her mother, a professional hairdresser. That early start sparked her passion and helped shape her in both technique and creativity. She went on to refine her skills by graduating from the Master Barber Program at Shear Ego in 2025. She specializes in clean skin fades and sharp slick-back styles, delivering precise, modern looks tailored to you.Alexis takes pride in her ability to create a personalized experience for everyone who sits in her chair.

Sean McElhinny

Barber Apprentice

Sean is excited to begin his journey with Stache as a barber apprentice, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people look and feel their best. After spending 12 years in law enforcement, he’s now pursuing his long-time interest in barbering with plans to attend barber school.
Sean’s experience behind the chair actually dates back to 2006 during his time in the Marines. With weekly haircut requirements and a need for fresh cuts in the field, he picked up a pair of clippers and taught himself the craft. From the School of Infantry to deployments on a naval ship and in Afghanistan, Sean was the go-to barber for his fellow service members. Over the years, he’s continued cutting hair for friends and family, building both skill and a genuine love for the trade.
He specializes in clean skin fades and sharp tapers, taking pride in precision and detail. Sean is committed to making every client feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of in his chair.
Outside the shop, Sean is a husband and father of two boys. He enjoys hunting, golfing, and anything outdoors—and he’s always cheering on the Bills.
